I had the great pleasure to present at Reserve Bank of Australia on CSIRO’s Data61 latest innovations in blockchain, RegTech, data sharing/analytics, responsible AI and the upcoming Digital Finance CRC. Enjoyed the thoughtful questions at the end. A confluence of factors will make the coming years very interesting – payments system innovation, central bank digital currency, tokenisation, critical infrastructure security/resilience (for financial services) and AI-powered policy setting and decision making.
